Breakfast sandwiches. The easier for me, the better. I make a bunch and freeze them ahead of time because after a long day of cooking the last thing I want to do is cook for myself. Maybe I should hire Chef Alyssa one day!
Everything! I do love Japanese and Spanish cuisines specifically. Anytime I get to flex some creative muscles I like to do Turkish or Brazilian cuisine too - I used to live there!
The immediate gratification. My modeling career fell through as soon as people saw my face - so cooking it was!
I LOVE to exercise, I currently do Crossfit, running and when I'm not doing proposals I paint miniature sculptures. Super nerdy but I like them!

I get to do cool things in cool places. From cooking in hot air balloons to private islands and submarines - I get to do it all, on every continent. I love the adventure!
