I am a Registered Dietitian who takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition, helping clients focus on behavior change and how food fits into their real life. My practice, Brittany Jones Nutrition Group, supports individuals with new diagnoses requiring Medical Nutrition Therapy (such as PCOS, high cholesterol, prediabetes, thyroid conditions, and eating disorders) and those who say, 'I know what to do—I just need to do it'. I emphasize practical strategies for meal planning, dining out, and making nutrition work in everyday life.
I’ve always loved to cook and eat, and my interest in nutrition started in my senior year of high school during my International Foods class. At the same time, I was also drawn to healthcare and wanted to help people live their healthiest lives. Becoming a Registered Dietitian was the perfect way to combine these passions—helping people build a positive relationship with food while meeting their health needs in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and FUN.
When I’m not working, you can find me cooking, on the Peloton, or at a local gym. I love volunteering with the Junior League of Greenville and am currently trying to get into mahjong, needlepoint, and pickleball—stay tuned for progress! I’m also passionate about creating easy, delicious meals that make life simpler.
