Chef Antione J. Dunning is a homegrown chef from Chicago, Illinois. Antione knew what he wanted to as a career when he was younger. Watching the movie Ratatouille, he fell in love with cooking. Over the course of his youth he started looking at food channels, YouTube videos and aspiring young chefs. Antione has a degree in Hospitality-Culinary Arts and is currently working at Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant and Winery.

My favorite restaurant before operations closed was Old Country Buffet it was my favorite as a child growing up I mean all you can eat who doesn’t love that? It was the best restaurant.
My favorite thing to cook is Comfort food such as Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. It was also my favorite thing to eat growing up as a child here in Chicago.
I love to do meal prep for busy families who want to eat healthy.
The movie Ratatouille inspired my to become a chef because I love how a rat had a passion to cook but also it teaches you that anyone can cook and if you have a desire go after it and attain it.
I love playing Video Games in my down time a chance to wind down after a busy day. I definitely love spending time with my wife going on spontaneous or Random adventures. She’s my best friend.
I love it because it’s a break from the kitchen a relaxed pace. You get to meet different people daily that who are fun to talk to!
