My favorite restaurant is a little cafe here in OKC called red cup. Darling vegan/ vegetarian cafe with a great patio and tasty food!
My favorite thing to cook for myself would be French Onion Soup and Caesar salad. My Caesar recipe has been passed down from my grandmother to my mother to me and I plan to pass it along to my children too. I love making sweets like cookies and cakes also.
I enjoy working at EPC because it is an employee owned and operated. I love to use my own menus and cook what I like to cook best!
