Chef Nate Tingley has over a decade of experience in and out of professional kitchens as well as catering. Nate's love of food comes from both his family’s traditions of Jewish holiday cuisine and the many diverse delicacies he enjoyed in his childhood on Chicago’s north side. This love of culinary diversity makes him an expert of all global cuisines and a variety of techniques. His goal at EPC is to share with his clients the eclectic, wholesome and healthy foods he truly enjoys creating. In addition to being an EPC chef – he loves cooking & sharing food with his wife and is also involved in the world of art conservation.
